Parking is free at the Drescher Graduate Campus in Malibu.

Parking Rates Per Trimester

New Students: New students may purchase a student parking key card for $75.00, which includes a $15.00 non-refundable administration fee.

Continuing Students: To renew your CURRENT student parking key card the amount is $60.00 per trimester.

Daily Parking Rates for Students
$4.00 per entry each day with Pepperdine validation. The valometer for validation will be located on the second floor in Suite 200 from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. At 5:00 p.m., the valometer will be located in Suite 100 on the first floor. Parking without validation will be $9.00 per day.
Encino Graduate Campus
Parking Pass: $55.00 per trimester or $12.50 per night

Tickets from the gate should be stamped in the valometer at the front desk in the Pepperdine lobby on the 2nd floor.
Irvine Graduate Campus
$50.00 Facilities Fee:
The Facilities Fee includes unlimited use of secure parking* from 3:00 p.m. weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday, wireless classrooms fitted with smart panels and mounted projectors, integrated learning spaces for library and academic computing services, and security.
*Parking Regulations:
- Students using the Pepperdine facilities (library, computer lab, bookstore or meeting with a study group) prior to 3:00 p.m. must pay additional fee to park during those hours.
- Parking tickets will be validated after 3:00 p.m. upon exiting Pepperdine.
- Parking is allowed only in unreserved spaces.
Westlake Village Graduate Campus
Parking is free.
Pasadena Graduate Campus
Parking fee per trimester: $25
Your first Student Account Billing Statement will reflect this charge as a facilities fee. This fee must be paid by the beginning of each trimester and cannot be deferred if you are using company reimbursement or any of Pepperdine's payment plans.
If you visit the campus and leave before 6:00 p.m., the normal parking rates of .85 (eighty-five cents) per twenty minutes up to a maximum of $8.50 per day apply. Saturday parking will not be charged. The Pasadena Graduate Campus is not open on Sundays.
