Dean Linda Livingstone
Dean Livingstone on Character Building
As a business person advances up an organization’s ladder, it is easy is become isolated and surrounded by people who more easily agree than disagree with the decisions and behaviors they see reinforced. It is important to be clear about the values one holds and maintain the experiences that ground one in those values, says Dean Linda A. Livingstone.
A featured guest on the Internet radio program “Insight on Coaching” on August 13, 2007, Dean Livingstone participated in a discussion on the self-sabotaging behaviors of high performing executives and shared her expertise on character building and business ethics.

Dr. John Mooney
Dr. John Mooney Interviewed on VoiceAmerica's "Insight on Coaching"
August 6, 2007 - Associate Dean John Mooney served as a guest on the Internet business radio program “Insight on Coaching” for a segment on breaking through the paralysis many IT managers and their companies face when taking on new costly technology initiatives. Billions of dollars have been spent on technology in the last 20 years yet large scale IT projects continue to fail. Managers face too many choices, fear of getting it “wrong” and would rather debate, discuss and disagree than take action.
Mooney spoke to the reasons why many IT projects in enterprises fail to be adapted and achieve the intended business impact, and advises that the appropriate level of ownership needs to be established within business management, not the IT organization. His comments may be heard on the Voice America business channel or by downloading the mp3 file.
